Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and thanks to a fuck-up by my bank, an important amount in my account was blocked due to operations I didn't make with my debit card. To make things more merry, that was my Xmas gifts and dad's gift money, you see.

However, thanks to American Express I could buy all the gifts. Whew. Of course, they ended up being more expensive than I had planned, but whatever. I escaped the Mall Madness (I swear there was like 25,000 people only on the floor I was in) and relaxed a bit on a cyber café where I showed Chris my new red panties through webcam. Not a lost afternoon at all.

My dad had a good time -- my stepbrothers were there as well and we had a very Christmassy Cantonese dinner and a great chocolate Opera cake. Dad also got a DVD like the one I have. That made him go all "now feel free to buy all the movies you want!". Bastard. ;)
